TAMGA turns the camera from a recording device into a measurement tool. It detects personnel presence, measures the time spent on each operation and supporting tasks such as table cleaning separately, calculates periods when no operator is present, counts items produced and extracts the real-time production speed in units per minute. Through the percentage distribution of working times, it shows not just how many items were produced by the end of the shift, but how much of the time actually went into production. Bottlenecks are identified and lost time is reduced. The system does not perform identity recognition; only movement and duration are measured.

Monitoring
The camera facing the station continuously monitors the operation and the operator’s presence.

The model distinguishes the start and end of each operation; durations, supporting tasks and counts are accumulated separately.
